We are a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists who work towards bridging the gap in the hiring processes and helping professionals find their right professional fit. Job Profile: We are looking for a competent Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist our clients in finding the best creative professionals to add to their teams. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity and possess a deep understanding of recruitment strategies. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers/founders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Source candidates through various channels such as Osmo databases, social media, networking, and referrals Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding Employ recruiting methods and strategies to attract candidates (Good knowledge of Linkedin and other job portals) Evaluate resumes and applications on a regular basis. Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening Match the most suitable candidates to different positions Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice Facilitate and finalise agreements/offer letters between candidate and Employers Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management Step in when necessary to problem solve on behalf of the internal team Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Linkedin Comprehensive knowledge of social media and recruiting platforms Excellent communication skills; spoken and written English Good creativity & innovation with an ability to be self- motivated and motivate team members Excellent time management & problem solving skills Experience: 0-1+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
