Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive (Staffing Company)

Position:

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.
Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Requirements:

Minimum
2 years of experience
in a
staffing/recruitment agency
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of job requirements across various domains
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques
