Talent Acquisition Executive (Staffing Company)

Position:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in a

    staffing/recruitment agency

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong understanding of job requirements across various domains
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques
