Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and manpower plans.
  • Develop role-specific recruitment strategies tailored for real estate profiles (e.g., brokers, sales consultants, site engineers, property managers).
  • Source candidates using methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, campus hiring, referrals, and industry associations.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for future hiring in sales, leasing, project delivery, and operations.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer proposals and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
  • Support smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR operations and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards, and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection policies, and internal hiring guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

experience in the real estate, property management, or construction industry is highly preferred
