Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and manpower plans.
Develop role-specific recruitment strategies tailored for real estate profiles (e.g., brokers, sales consultants, site engineers, property managers).
Source candidates using methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, campus hiring, referrals, and industry associations.
Build and maintain pipelines for future hiring in sales, leasing, project delivery, and operations.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer proposals and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
Support smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR operations and hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards, and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection policies, and internal hiring guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

experience in the real estate, property management, or construction industry is highly preferred
