Job Location: Gurgaon Diversity: Male only Current Work Mode: Onsite Working Hours: Overlap with US business hours required (Work from office only) About the Role: This role involves data entry, research, CRM/LMS updates, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on companies, individuals, and entities relevant to our business Accurately transfer and input data between internal systems Update and maintain CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS) Prepare simple reports and summaries based on gathered data Assist in tracking project timelines and follow-ups Communicate and coordinate via email and project management tools Preferred Qualifications: Proficient in using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana) Prior experience in real estate, lending, mortgage, or construction sectors is a plus, but not mandatory Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Self-motivated and capable of working independently Additional Information: Training will be provided on our systems and processes
