Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition executive to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions for Chennai & Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates as required by the position using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leverage assigned sources, employ individual methodologies to source candidates via social media like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
  • Daily responsibilities include sourcing, Interview scheduling, post offer engagement, employer branding activities, candidate management etc.
  • Execute TA strategy by taking information gathered from HR & the business and staying ahead of business needs to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, referrals, Portals)
  • Create and maintain strong networking relationships with stakeholders and external talent sources.
  • Conduct preliminary phone interviews/screens with selected candidates to further validate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements using behavioral-based interview techniques
  • Preparing job offers, post offer connects, weekly follow-up etc
  • Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time to offer and time to onboard)
  • Provide weekly reports and maintain recruitment dashboards that include the status of open vacancies, offered and joining details of the candidates on a timely basis to the hiring managers
  • Maintain relationships with the vendors like external recruitment agencies to fulfil the full-time roles within the organization

Requirement and Skills

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
  • Graduation on MBA or Equivalent will be Preferred
  • Must handle End to End Recruitment Cycle starting from Screening to Closure.
  • Mandatory Expertise in IT Hiring (Development, Infra, Cloud)
  • In-depth Knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting and Employer Branding Techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Posting Jobs on Job Boards
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing etc
  • Good at MS-Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Work Mode - Work from Office
