Job Description About the Role: Credentia is looking to onboard a highly skilled and driven Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function. This role is pivotal in supporting our rapid growth by attracting top talent across both IT and non-IT verticals while contributing to basic HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, a deep understanding of ATS platforms, and the ability to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Prior experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is preferred. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Recruit for both IT and non-IT roles, ensuring quality and culture-fit hires. Utilize ATS platforms effectively for candidate tracking, pipeline management, and recruitment reporting. Build and nurture relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional networks to expand sourcing capabilities. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive and active talent pools. Conduct reference checks and facilitate pre-employment formalities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. HR Generalist Support Assist in foundational HR activities such as employee engagement programs, performance review coordination, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate employee records and assist in addressing HR-related queries. Support workforce planning efforts by identifying skill gaps and hiring requirements in collaboration with the HR team. Employer Branding Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to design and execute employer branding strategies. Manage the company’s presence across job portals and professional networks to position Credentia as an employer of choice. Recruitment Analytics Monitor and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights to continuously optimize hiring strategies and processes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 6–10 years of proven experience in recruitment across IT and non-IT roles. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, Workable). Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and generalist responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels. Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking recruitment metrics and driving improvements.
