About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to manage both HR Operations and Business Partnering. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is critical in ensuring smooth HR service delivery while also acting as a strategic advisor to the business on people-related matters. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR practices, Indian labor laws, and HRMS systems. This role involves working closely with business leaders to drive performance, employee engagement, and organizational development. The dual nature of this position provides a unique opportunity to align HR strategies with business objectives while executing day-to-day HR processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and appraisals. Execute career development, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives. Address team concerns to maintain a positive work environment. Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement actionable insights from pulse surveys. Provide expert guidance on HR policies and best practices. HR Operations Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits. Facilitate onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and provide data-driven insights. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies. Streamline HR processes, including documentation and background verification. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and L&D, to ensure cohesive HR service delivery. Work closely with global teams to align local practices with global HR strategies and standards. Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and systems. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6–7 years of experience in HR operations and business partnering roles. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
