Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive - Bulk Hiring Job Type: Full-time About Us: CultFit is a leading fitness and wellness brand, offering a range of services including fitness training, yoga, and nutrition planning. We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to lead our bulk hiring efforts. Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive - Bulk Hiring will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring large numbers of top talent for CultFit. You'll develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy:   - Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet bulk hiring objectives.   - Identify and leverage various recruitment channels (job fairs, social media, job boards, referrals). 2. Candidate Sourcing:   - Source and attract large numbers of qualified candidates through various channels.   - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. 3. Assessment and Selection:   - Design and implement effective assessment and selection processes.   - Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure selection criteria alignment. 4. Candidate Management:   - Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.   - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 5. Metrics and Reporting:   - Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire, etc.).   - Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders. 6. Compliance and Governance:   - Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records. Requirements: 1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on bulk hiring. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3. Skills:   - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.   - Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter). 4. Certifications: Certification in recruitment, HR, or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Desirable Qualifications: 1. Experience in the fitness industry: Familiarity with the fitness industry and its recruitment challenges. 2. Knowledge of recruitment technology: Experience with recruitment marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other recruitment tools. 3.
