Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlist candidates for further interview rounds with hiring managers.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing necessary details about role and company.
  • Collect feedback from interviewers and communicate results to candidates.

4. Selection & Onboarding

  • Assist in salary negotiations and final offer rollouts.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

5. Employer Branding & Networking

  • Promote the organization’s brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking platforms.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, offers, and hiring activities.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports for management on hiring progress and recruitment outcomes.
