Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support and Coordination o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communications. o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients. o Coordinate the sales team’s calendar and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely communication and actions. o Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and current information. 2. Inside Sales Activities o Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services. o Qualify leads generated through google and convert them into sales opportunities. o Respond to inbound inquiries through email & WhatsApp, providing information about products, pricing, and availability. o Prepare and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals. o Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers by identifying their needs and suggesting relevant solutions. 3. Order Processing and Management o Process and manage sales orders, ensuring that they are entered accurately into the system and fulfilled on time. o Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. o Address any issues related to order fulfilment, such as product availability or shipping delays, and communicate with customers accordingly. o Ensure that all documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes is properly maintained. 4. Customer Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries. o Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. o Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. o Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to understand their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for additional sales Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
