Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE ROLE : SALES COORDINATOR

LOCATION : KOVILAMBAKKAM

SALARY RANGE : 15K - 20K

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments for daily sales activities.
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and follow up on purchase orders.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product details, and support the sales process.
Track delivery schedules, ensure timely dispatch, and coordinate with logistics.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Follow up with clients for payments and documents when required.
Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and promotional activities.
Ensure smooth communication flow between sales, accounts, and operations teams.
Handle after-sales support and escalate issues when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
