Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Proactively source candidates using
LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional/job portals
.
Leverage LinkedIn connections and network to build strong talent pipelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong LinkedIn presence with professional followers
(mandatory).
Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work 6 days a week, from the office.
