Job Summary: We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager / Team Lead to oversee our international outbound sales calling team. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and ensure smooth lead qualification and handovers using the BANT framework. This role requires strong leadership, CRM expertise, and a passion for driving high-volume sales efforts in the US shift. Role Objective: To lead the overall marketing function of the organization by defining brand strategy, driving demand generation, ensuring strong digital presence, and aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives across geographies and verticals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels. Team Management & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing and revenue goals. Set clear KPIs for the marketing team and regularly review performance. Demand Generation & Campaigns Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition. Track and optimize campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with revenue goals. Use analytics tools to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns. Brand Management & Events Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging. Oversee PR, media relations, event sponsorships, and industry partnerships. Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and key industry events.
