*Mandatory Experience Required: 10+ Years* About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our social media strategy across platforms. With over 10 years of proven success in building brand presence and engagement online, you’ll take full ownership of our social media vision—from content strategy and community management to paid campaigns and analytics. This is a leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with a creative flair, analytical mindset, and deep understanding of social media trends and tools. If you're passionate about storytelling, audience growth, and digital innovation, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity. Oversee daily management of all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Lead a team of content creators, designers, and community managers to produce high-impact content. Monitor trends, platform changes, and audience behavior to keep the brand relevant and engaging. Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI. Collaborate with marketing, creative, PR, and product teams to align messaging across all touchpoints. Leverage analytics tools to generate performance reports and insights; optimize strategies based on data. Handle crisis communication and reputation management in the digital space. Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassadors. Stay ahead of emerging platforms and content formats (e.g., Threads, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.). Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in social media marketing and digital communication. Demonstrated experience managing social media for B2C/B2B brands at scale. Strong understanding of brand building, digital storytelling, and audience engagement. Expertise in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, and analytics platforms. Proven ability to manage paid campaigns and influencer collaborations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, time management, and strategic planning abilities. Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and CAC.
