The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager who can own our entire social media presence, build thought leadership for the brand, drive inbound leads, and turn our social channels into a powerful growth engine.

This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role – not just posting schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, talent attraction).
• Own and grow our presence primarily on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms (TikTok, Threads, etc.).
• Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, carousels, short videos, reels, infographics, case studies, thought-leadership pieces).
• Manage content calendar, posting schedules, and community engagement across all platforms.
• Run paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter/X Ads) – budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting.
• Build and execute employee advocacy & personal branding programs for founders and team members.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, native platform insights, Sprout Social/Hootsuite, etc.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platforms.
• Collaborate with the design, development, and sales teams to create campaign assets and showcase client success stories.
• Manage and grow social media communities, respond to comments/DMs, and handle community management.

Requirements – You Are the Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 6+ years of proven social media marketing experience (agency background is a big plus).
• Demonstrated success in building brand presence and generating leads through organic + paid social (portfolio or case studies required).
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn (organic + paid) – this will be our #1 platform.
• Strong copywriting skills and visual storytelling ability (you can write punchy captions and compelling long-form posts).
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc.) and advertising platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) – you don’t have to be on camera, but you must be able to script & edit.
• Data-driven mindset – you live in analytics and constantly optimize for better results.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment and can manage projects end-to-end.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the tech, software development, or digital agency space.
• Graphic design or basic video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Existing audience or personal brand on LinkedIn/Twitter.
• Knowledge of SEO and how social impacts organic search.
