Job Summary: We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO who can anticipate needs, act with discretion, and manage a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic support tasks. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work with high-level internal and external stakeholders. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping them focus on high-impact leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization. Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, investor calls, and leadership team events. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up documentation. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Draft and proofread emails, presentations, memos, and reports on behalf of the CEO. Organize and manage domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and logistics. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, investors, clients, and partners. Track key initiatives and deliverables, ensuring follow-ups and accountability. Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by or involving the CEO. Represent the CEO with a high level of polish and professionalism in all communications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications are a plus. Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. High emotional intelligence and sound judgment. Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar tools; familiarity with productivity apps (Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc.). Able to operate with discretion, integrity, and resilience under pressure. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Preferred Attributes: Startup or executive office experience. Scrum master, image consulting certification will be added advantage Background in project management or operations.
