Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Senior Social Media Manager to lead our digital communication across all platforms. The role demands a professional who understands healthcare education, AI-driven learning trends, and can build strong digital narratives that position our academy as an innovative leader in healthcare + AI upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to healthcare, AI, and education audiences.
  • Build brand positioning around healthcare careers, digital health, AI literacy, and student success stories.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with academic, admissions, and marketing goals.

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Lead creation of high-quality content:
  • Healthcare skits
  • Academic highlights
  • AI education reels
  • Student stories
  • Faculty expertise
  • Events and achievements
  • Supervise designers, videographers, photographers, and content writers to ensure consistent branding.

3. Campaign & Community Management

  • Run targeted campaigns for admissions, events, workshops, and brand awareness.
  • Manage community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages to build a strong digital community.

4. Analytics & Performance

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, conversions, student inquiries, and audience growth.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Use insights to optimize future content strategy and engagement.

5. Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and guide the creative and marketing team.
  • Work closely with the Academic, Admissions, Creative, and AI/Tech departments for integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all digital projects and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or AI/technology sector is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and trend-based content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and paid campaign management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to ideate content that resonates with students, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
