Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strong CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing expertise to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns while owning the customer engagement strategy across our CRM platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Brand, Product, Sales, Analytics, and Customer Success—to create personalized, data-driven marketing programs that increase acquisition, drive conversion, and enhance retention. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, backed by a deep understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, automation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an integrated digital marketing strategy across channels, including paid media, social, SEO/SEM, email, mobile, and web.
  • Own CRM strategy, including segmentation, automation workflows, lifecycle marketing, and personalized communication.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns—from planning and creative briefing to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion, engagement, and retention across channels.
  • Oversee CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar) and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and effective use.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to drive best-in-class marketing execution.
  • Manage budgets, forecast digital spend, and report on ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and CRM marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven success in developing multi-channel digital strategies and CRM programs that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, journey mapping, and personalization.
  • Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Marketo).
  • Highly analytical with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
