As a Recruitment Coordinator, your primary role will involve coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks. Planning interview and selection procedures, which include screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System and cultivate long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
