Talent Acquisition Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and defining selection criteria for vacant positions. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms, evaluating applications, and fostering relationships with candidates. Additionally, you will be posting jobs on portals, conducting bulk mailing, and developing hiring strategies in line with industry trends. We are looking for a candidate who is a graduate or post-graduate with a good command of the English language. You must have a smartphone, laptop with a Wi-Fi connection, and be ambitious and eager to take on larger responsibilities when required. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from the office and receive a remuneration ranging from Rs. 1.8 LPA to Rs. 2.5 LPA along with attractive incentives.
