Qualification and Experience: 7+ years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in the technology or Insurance background. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Good analytical skills with logical thinking approach & problem-solving attitude.
