Job Summary:

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our HR team in Hyderabad, India. A team member who is committed to provide our staff members with an exceptional work experience. From the moment of hire until the time they leave the organization, we want employees to be engaged in their jobs. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in employee life cycle management, recognition, training, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members in a long-term and builds our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare employment related documents for new hires and manage employee - files. Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
• HR Operations activities including but not limited to On-boarding formalities employee queries, MIS.(employee master tracker, termination tracker, HR Reports etc.),
• Provide support in organising team building events and assist in employee relations.
• Regular connect with employees and handling their grievances.
• Other tasks as assigned from time to time such as Liaoning with Finance, support in payroll etc.
• Assisting HR manager to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support senior HR team members to carry out other Human resource related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree/Masters degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business.
• At least 1 to 2 years of overall HR Generalist Experience
