Job Description

Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand concerns, morale, and engagement levels.

Conduct regular skip-level meetings, one-on-ones, and pulse checks.

Handle grievances, conflicts, misconduct issues, and disciplinary matters professionally.

Ensure a transparent and positive employee experience.

Support managers in goal-setting, performance reviews, and capability planning.

Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop action plans.

Drive performance improvement plans when required.

Manage employee lifecycle processes.

Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and company guidelines.

Partner with the TA team to understand business hiring needs.le & responsibilities:
