Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full offer-to-joining lifecycle, ensuring timely offer rollouts, complete documentation, and maintaining >90% joining conversion.
  • Validate compensation structures and CTC breakups, ensuring internal parity, client alignment, and resolution of salary-related queries.
  • Execute seamless onboarding for all hires with 100% compliance in documentation, background verification, and onboarding checklists.
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready data across ATS/HRIS systems, onboarding trackers, and offer logs with zero discrepancies.
  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, recruiters, hiring managers, delivery teams, and clients with >95% SLA adherence on updates and communication.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the notice period, address concerns, identify risk flags, and proactively mitigate offer dropouts.
  • Prepare and publish weekly/monthly reports and dashboards covering offers released, acceptances, dropouts, and onboarding progress.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements to strengthen efficiency, candidate experience, and internal HR operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, offer management, onboarding, or post- offer coordination (preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment).
  • Strong understanding of compensation components, salary structures, and CTC calculations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to interact with candidates and global stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting) and familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with consistent process adherence.
