We’re looking for an energetic Marketing & Partnerships Executive to take the lead on campaigns, brand tie-ups, and influencer collaborations for Escape Time and Laser Shooter — Hyderabad’s most exciting entertainment destinations. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution, managing everything from launch events and influencer campaigns to partnerships and performance reports. What You’ll Do 🎯 Influencer Marketing Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with influencers for brand campaigns. Curate and manage influencer content across digital platforms. 🤝 Brand Collaborations Build strategic partnerships with lifestyle and entertainment brands (e.g., Zomato District, etc.). Manage listings and partnerships with new platforms. 🎥 Media & Content Select and organize footage from events and in-store cameras for reels, teasers, and promos. Coordinate with video editors for highlight videos and social media assets. 🚀 Campaign & Launch Management Plan and execute launch campaigns for new centers – from hoardings to influencer events. Collaborate with designers and agencies on creatives and messaging. 📊 Budgeting & Reporting Allocate and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI. Work closely with the performance marketing team for analytics and reports. 🎁 Loyalty & Events Manage loyalty and referral programs. Support tournaments, special events, and activations to drive engagement. 📰 Offline Marketing Oversee hoardings, flyers, and other print media with vendors and agencies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand management. Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills. Hands-on experience with influencer and digital marketing. A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.
