Job Title: Event Anchor / Master of Ceremony Salary: Based on experience & previous CTC ________________________________________ 🧭 Role Summary You’ll be the charismatic face of our events—hosting with energy, guiding the flow, engaging audiences, and keeping everything running smoothly. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests and introduce speakers, performers, and session segments • Keep audience energy high through interactive dialogue and enthusiasm • Coordinate closely with organizers and tech teams to stay on (or gracefully behind) schedule • Adapt on the fly to unforeseen changes or delays with confidence and composure • Provide clear announcements, directions, and information to attendees • Conclude each event professionally—thank speakers, acknowledge sponsors, and wrap up with flair ________________________________________ Qualifications • Proven experience as an event host, master of ceremonies, or live anchor • Outstanding verbal communication and public speaking presence Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging diverse audiences • Comfortable hosting in front of live audiences and managing energy dynamics • Ability to quickly adapt and remain professional under pressure ________________________________________ Preferred Attributes • Multilingual: ability to engage attendees in multiple languages • Background in performing arts, theatre, or broadcast media • Experience across event types: corporate, weddings, conferences, cultural festivals ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive compensation as per your experience • Dynamic, high-energy events in Hyderabad and beyond • Opportunity to hone hosting skills across diverse formats • Supportive event team and learning environment
