Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Corporate Event Planning & Execution: ○ Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as conferences, product launches, employee engagement activities, seminars, etc. ○ Develop event concepts aligned with client goals and brand guidelines. ● College Collaborations: ○ Identify, connect, and collaborate with colleges/universities for brand activations, recruitment drives, workshops, and other engagement events. ○ Maintain relationships with student bodies, placement cells, and college authorities. ○ ● ● Client Handling: ○ Act as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to post-event feedback. ○ Understand client requirements, propose creative solutions, and ensure expectations are met. ○ Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business. ● Vendor Management: ○ Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (catering, decor, tech, logistics, etc.). ○ Ensure timely delivery and quality of vendor services within budget. ● Team Management: ○ Supervise and coordinate internal team members during the planning and execution phases. ○ Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth coordination onsite and offsite. ● Budgeting & Reporting: ○ Create and manage event budgets. ○ Track expenses and deliver events within financial constraints. ○ Prepare post-event reports including feedback, learnings, and financial summaries.
