We are hiring for a large BPO based out of Electronics city, Bengaluru. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for enterprising HR Business Partners. Note: For this client there are multiple opportunities across different levels - Assistant Managers, Leads, Senior HR executives, HR Executives. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives. The role involves driving employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations to support business growth and workforce productivity. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve organizational performance. Talent Management & Development Support workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to address skill gaps. Employee Engagement & Culture Drive engagement programs to build a high-performance and inclusive culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and enabling open communication. Performance & Rewards Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and recognition programs. Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure competitive and fair reward structures. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and organizational policies. Support HR processes including onboarding, exits, and policy implementation. Change Management Champion organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth adoption. Build manager capability to lead people effectively through transitions. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and dashboards. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Willingness to work in night shift is a must Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 310 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
