This role involves engaging with US-based customers, delivering exceptional service, and resolving queries with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from US members with care and precision.
Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through first-call resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any discipline).
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Contact Center.
Excellent English communication skills (CEFR B2/C1 level; Versant 62+).
Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
