HR Strategy & Business Alignment • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and define HR strategies. • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, culture, and talent needs. • Support business goals through effective HR planning and implementation. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. • Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. • Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture. 3. Performance & Talent Management • Lead performance appraisal cycles and support managers with goal setting and feedback. • Identify high-potential talent and support career development plans. • Facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives. 4. Recruitment & Workforce Planning • Collaborate with the TA team to support hiring needs. • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and resource optimization. 5. HR Operations & Compliance • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliances. • Manage HR documentation, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes. • Analyze HR data and prepare reports for leadership review. 6. Change Management • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions. • Communicate HR programs effectively across teams.
