Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partner with Plant Head and Corporate HR to implement HR strategies supporting business goals and operational excellence.
Drive end-to-end HR processes at the plant including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Lead manpower planning, talent development, and succession planning for critical roles at the plant.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and maintain harmonious industrial relations in coordination with IR/ER teams.
Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws and maintain strong liaison with local authorities.
Champion organizational culture, employee welfare initiatives, and engagement programs.
Support HR analytics and reporting for the plant and contribute to corporate HR dashboards.
Collaborate with the corporate HR team on policy implementation, C&B reviews, and digital HR transformation initiatives.
Lead HR audits, capability-building interventions, and ensure adherence to company values and ethics
