Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with Plant Head and Corporate HR to implement HR strategies supporting business goals and operational excellence.
  • Drive end-to-end HR processes at the plant including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead manpower planning, talent development, and succession planning for critical roles at the plant.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and maintain harmonious industrial relations in coordination with IR/ER teams.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws and maintain strong liaison with local authorities.
  • Champion organizational culture, employee welfare initiatives, and engagement programs.
  • Support HR analytics and reporting for the plant and contribute to corporate HR dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team on policy implementation, C&B reviews, and digital HR transformation initiatives.
  • Lead HR audits, capability-building interventions, and ensure adherence to company values and ethics
