Employee Relations Case Management Lead the investigation and resolution of Employee Relations cases, taking personal responsibility for unique, complex and/or highly confidential cases that require deep investigation. Operational Compliance Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct. Policies and Procedures Development Lead the development of policies, procedures, and related guidelines for a significant area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader corporate policy framework. People Management Drive higher employee engagement to achieve the organizational goals.
