Human Resource Business Partner

To lead the HR Business Partnering function by aligning people strategy with business objectives. The role ensures that HR initiatives enhance organizational performance, productivity, and culture while driving leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership**

- Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.  

- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.  

- Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives that deliver measurable impact.  

Talent Management and Development**  

- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies across business units.  

- Implement leadership development and succession planning frameworks.  

- Drive performance management systems that link individual and organizational objectives.  

Employee Engagement and Culture**  

- Champion initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and organizational culture.  

- Lead change management programs to support transformation and agility.  

- Foster a high-performance, values-driven environment.  

HR Operations and Governance**  

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.  

- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions.  

- Use HR analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.  

Business Partnership**  

- Serve as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR support with operational needs.  

- Advise leadership on workforce optimization, restructuring, and capability building.  

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
