Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and Preventive Maintenance Planning: Developing maintenance schedules and documentation.
Reviewing and updating maintenance procedures.
2. Performing regular system checks to ensure all components are functioning correctly.3. Training and Development: Training junior technicians or new employees. Staying updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in maintenance. Keeping up-to-date to team with the latest advancements in engine technology and maintenance techniques.
4. Inventory Management: Managing spare parts and tools inventory. Ensuring that all necessary components are available for any sudden repairs or maintenance tasks. Coordinating with planning and maintenance team for the timely procurement of parts.
5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to running team or Fleet owners. Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues when the engines are not in active use.
7. Compliance and Safety Checks: Keeping records of safety checks and compliance documentation. Conducting safety audits and implementing necessary changes.
8. Focus Improvement Project (FIP): Leading or participating in special projects related to engine systems. Coordinating with various departments to achieve project goals. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
9. Data Analysis and Reporting: RCA for Failures and raise failure report to Technical Team.
10. Using data to improve maintenance strategies and operational efficiency. Observing trends or patterns that may indicate potential future issues.
11. Ensure Daily Machine Trackers, KPI Dashboard, Daily Shift Report, Trackers and compliance, Breakdown/Backlog.
12. All Statutory Documentations Update.
13. Support Planning and Maintenance Team with proper availability of Job Card and other related documentation.
Record Keeping with PPT for reviews and compliances.
Qualifications:
1. BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical 5 to 8 years' experience with exposure in Underground mines in a similar role.
2. Well Experience with SHE standard and guidelines.
3. Technical Competent on HEMM Underground machinery.4. Having good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with strong presentation skills.
5. Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability, Critical Thinking, Time Management, Problem Ownership, Risk Management, Customer Focus.
6. Exposure to Failure Analysis (FMEA & RCA), Reliability and Sustainability Engineering.
Understanding and applying reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and failure rate analysis.
