Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive – HR Operations to lead and execute strategic and core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for HR operations, including performance management, onboarding, training, policy implementation, KRA alignment, and HR systems/reporting. The role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management to enable a scalable and compliant HR function aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Performance Management & KRA Execution

• Own the entire PMS cycle—goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback.
• Work with department heads to define KRA/KPI structures and cascade them across teams.
• Develop review formats and manage performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
• Maintain PMS documentation for analytics, reviews, and performance-linked actions.

B. Learning & Development (L&D)

• Conduct training needs analysis based on PMS feedback and team requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness, feedback, and impact reports for continuous learning development.
• Support leadership with succession planning and skill matrix development.

C. Policy Implementation & Compliance

• Implement and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates.
• Ensure policy adherence across departments and resolve interpretation queries.
• Conduct periodic audits for HR compliance, including documentation and statutory processes.

D. Systems Implementation & Operational Reporting

• Drive HRMS implementation and automation for employee data, PMS, and leave/payroll interfaces.
• Maintain HR operations reports—headcount, attrition, hiring status, PMS status, training calendars, etc.
• Collaborate with IT/finance/admin for cross-functional process effectiveness.
• Continuously review and improve SOPs, forms, trackers, and documentation quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 5-6 years of experience in core HR operations with exposure to PMS, policy implementation, and HRMS systems.
• Experience in a mid-sized, growth-oriented organization preferred.
