    candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for IT and BPO roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the selection process. Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. Employee Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Implement induction programs to familiarize new employees with company culture and policies. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that align with organizational goals. Coach managers on effective performance management and feedback techniques.Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve employee performance and productivity. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to enhance job satisfaction.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing any employee-related issues. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining all necessary records.Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives for senior management. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary packages.Manage payroll processes and employee benefits enrollment.
