Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract and hire talent for the organization.
  • Manage HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, offboarding formalities.
  • Maintain the HRMS portals to retain the records, time tracking and the leave data of the employees.
  • Coordinate with departmental managers in analysing HR metrics
  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations and behavioural interviews, to determine their fit for the role and the organization.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring, and continually improve recruitment processes and procedures, as the need arises.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure that the organization has a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies to ensure that recruitment efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Help in coordinating the administrative tasks with the Off-Shore manager at the corporate office.
