Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer billing and collections efficiently. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams regarding billing and collection activities.

2. Follow up regularly with customers to resolve payment-related queries and ensure timely collection.

3. Reconcile customer ledgers and identify discrepancies, addressing them promptly.

4. Prepare ageing reports and provide periodic updates on receivables to management.

5. Ensure compliance with GST regulations related to invoicing and receipts.

6. Assist during internal and external audits by providing required AR records and reports.

7. Perform daily receipt entries, reconcile payments in the system, and maintain accurate Excel reports.

8. Daily basis receipt entry knocking off. In system & Excel report.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
