Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of Customer Master data in compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
Receipt accounting and timely tagging of customer payments.
Verification of sales invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed terms
Processing and control of Credit Notes in line with company policies.
Handling Dealer Finance operations and coordination with banks and dealers.
Management and monitoring of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs) related to customers.
Customer ledger reconciliations and obtaining periodic balance confirmations.
