The Social Media Handler will serve as the digital voice of D-Vivid Consultant, managing our online presence across all social media platforms. This dynamic role combines creative content development, strategic community engagement, and data-driven performance optimization to enhance brand visibility and connect with prospective students and their families.

The ideal candidate will craft compelling narratives around student success stories, study abroad opportunities, and educational insights while building an engaged online community. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and counseling teams to ensure our social media strategy aligns with business objectives and authentically represents our brand values.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Publishing
  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to our student audience
  • Craft persuasive captions, headlines, and copy that resonate with students and parents exploring study abroad options
  • Create or coordinate visual content including graphics, reels, stories, and video testimonials featuring student experiences
  • Maintain a strategic posting calendar using social media management tools to ensure consistent brand presence
  • Tailor content formats to leverage each platform's unique features and audience preferences
Community Management
  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely and helpful manner
  • Build meaningful connections with followers through genuine engagement, likes, shares, and conversations
  • Handle inquiries about our services, admissions processes, and test preparation programs professionally, routing complex questions to appropriate counselors
  • Cultivate a supportive online community where prospective students feel encouraged and informed
  • Identify and collaborate with student ambassadors, alumni, and education influencers to amplify our reach
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor key performance metrics including engagement rates, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversion indicators
  • Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and pivot strategies based on data-driven findings
  • Utilize platform analytics and third-party tools to understand audience demographics, behavior patterns, and content preferences
  • Establish and track KPIs aligned with enrollment goals and brand awareness objectives
Strategy & Planning
  • Design monthly content calendars that align with admission cycles, test preparation schedules, visa seasons, and promotional campaigns
  • Stay current with social media algorithm changes, emerging trends, and education industry developments
  • Conduct competitive analysis of other study abroad consultancies to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Propose innovative content series, campaigns, and platform strategies to enhance engagement and lead generation
  • Execute integrated social media campaigns for university fairs, webinars, student success stories, and seasonal promotions
Brand Management
  • Uphold D-Vivid Consultant's brand identity through consistent tone, visual aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms
  • Protect and enhance our reputation through thoughtful responses during sensitive situations or negative feedback
  • Track brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment to gauge public perception and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives support broader brand positioning and business goals
Administrative & Coordination
  • Organize digital asset libraries including photos, videos, testimonials, and branded templates for efficient content production
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality materials
  • Assist in managing social media advertising budgets and sponsored content initiatives when applicable
  • Ensure all content complies with platform guidelines, advertising regulations, and educational marketing best practices
  • Document social media workflows, brand guidelines, and crisis management protocols
