Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Handler located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Social Media Handler will manage multiple social media accounts, create engaging content, and develop effective social media strategies. Responsibilities include preparing and scheduling posts, analyzing campaign performance, maintaining audience engagement, and monitoring social media trends. The hired candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader company goals and branding. Qualifications Proficiency in social media management and platform tools, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement. Strategic and creative thinking skills to develop effective social media campaigns and optimize online visibility. Strong analytic skills for tracking performance metrics and generating reports. Basic graphic design knowledge and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Tools) is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Team collaboration and time management abilities. Understanding of social media trends, marketing strategies, and familiarity with key social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
