Job Description

Strategy Development:Creating and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing and business goals.
Content Creation and Curation:Developing compelling content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms and curating relevant content from other sources.
Community Management:Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community around the brand.
Campaign Planning and Execution:Planning and executing social media campaigns to achieve specific goals (e.g., increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving sales).
Analytics and Reporting:Analyzing social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies.
Trend Monitoring:Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Paid Advertising:Managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience.
