Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Sales Executive at Mindlabs located in Hyderabad. Your key responsibilites include:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the Logistics / Cold Chain sector, while also identifying cross-industry opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of dynamic sales executives and customer success professionals to ensure unified goal achievement.
  • Map out daily and weekly customer visits in advance (priority accounts, routes, meeting objectives).
  • Conduct needs-based presentations and product demos to potential customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM; move deals through stages with clear next steps.
  • Plan travel routes, and set monthly visit/coverage targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions to generate leads and build visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and post-sale support for clients.
  • Conduct high-level forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to contribute to campaigns, customer pitches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise-level engagements by navigating complex buying cycles and procurement processes.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management, including opportunity tracking and risk mitigation


Skillset and Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales. Experience in logistics/ pharmaceutical industry is a bonus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management, business development, and solution selling.
  • High level of proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
  • Strong analytical skills to manage complex sales cycles and develop actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Travel domestically for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B sales.
  • Experience in logsitics / freight forwarding / pharmaceutical industry is a bonus
