We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with experience in Pharma / Life Sciences / Logistics / Freight Forwarding to lead our sales efforts and accelerate our growth pipeline.
This is an internship for Customer Support, located in Hyderabad. The Customer Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication with clients. This role involves day-to-day support tasks vital to maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain solutions.
1. Follow-up with customers on daily basis
2. Identify & appoint service engineers in various regions to complete the installation
3. Verify that the devices are installed as per the instructions at all stations
4. Work with Operations Manager and report regarding the installation status
