About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team and drive our talent acquisition efforts across multiple business functions. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support the COOL company's continued expansion and success. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to build exceptional teams that align with our company culture and strategic objectives.As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. You'll be responsible for developing innovative recruiting strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Key Requirements
  • Technical Recruiting Expertise - Proven experience recruiting for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technology positions
  • Eastern Time Zone Alignment - Working hours must overlap with Eastern Standard Time business hours to ensure effective collaboration with our core team
  • Cross-Cultural Communication - Demonstrated comfort and skill in speaking and working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, with sensitivity to different communication styles and cultural norms
  • Self-Motivated Independence - Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while maintaining high standards and meeting ambitious recruiting targets
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting - 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Sourcing and Networking - Advanced skills in candidate sourcing through multiple channels including social media, professional networks, job boards, and referral programs
  • Stakeholder Management - Excellent ability to partner with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and provide strategic recruiting guidance
  • Candidate Experience Focus - Commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and maintaining strong employer brand representation
  • Data-Driven Approach - Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize processes and demonstrate impact
  • Communication Excellence - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to represent the company professionally to candidates and partners
  • Adaptability - Flexibility to adjust recruiting strategies based on market conditions, role requirements, and business priorities
  • Personal Accountability - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for recruiting outcomes, with commitment to meeting deadlines, following through on commitments, and taking responsibility for results
  • Material - Provide and maintain your own laptop computer that meets company technical specifications and high-speed internet connection for remote work requirements.
