Hiring: Senior Manager – Human Resources | Lafit Lighting

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai | Full-time, In-person

What you’ll take charge of:

- Shape manpower planning and talent acquisition to fuel business growth

- Build seamless onboarding, induction, and retention programs that strengthen culture

- Drive competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive models that reward performance

- Create employee engagement programs that connect, inspire, and retain talent

- Lead performance management with clear metrics, timely reviews, and growth pathways

- Design training & development that upskills people and builds future leaders

- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

- Integrate HR processes with ERP & HRMIS for efficiency and data-driven decisions

Who we’re looking for:

- Master’s in HR / Business Administration (preferred)

- 9-10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing / lighting industries

- Proven track record in HRMIS / ERP implementation

- Strong people management, communication, and influencing skills

- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented

- A go-getter who thrives on building culture, not just policies
