Role Overview

As our Senior Finance Professional, you’ll own financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, treasury, and tax management—ensuring robust controls and data-driven insights that support our growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end financial reporting, consolidation and accounting
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting cycles
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow planning and banking relationships
  • Manage debtor/creditor accounting & working-capital controls
  • Ensure compliance and planning for direct & indirect taxes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze cost drivers and improve margins

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  • 15+ years in senior finance roles, with 5–7+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Deep expertise in financial systems (ERP/MIS), GAAP, and tax regulations
  • Proven ability to lead audits, drive process improvements, and manage high-value budgets
