Senior Finance Professional

As a seasoned finance professional, you will independently own finance functions including financial planning, revenue operations, accounts receivable, compliance, and reporting. Your strategic financial leadership will be crucial in supporting business growth, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining robust financial health across the organization. This role emphasizes individual accountability and impact within the finance function. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned to organizational goals. - Manage revenue operations, billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to maximize cash flow and manage aging effectively. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and KPIs; deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and audit protocols. - Drive improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and automation for operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business analysis, cost controls, and performance optimization. - Proactively identify risks and opportunities in financial operations and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and compliance. - Support senior leaders on strategic financial projects, modeling, and decision-making. Qualifications Required: - CA Inter / IPCC, CMA, or MBA (Finance) from reputed institutes (qualified or semi-qualified finance professionals preferred). - 12-16 years of hands-on finance experience ideally in media, broadcasting, digital, or related industries such as advertising, telecommunications, FMCG, technology, or corporate finance. - Strong skills in financial planning & analysis, accounts receivable, compliance, and financial reporting. - Proficiency in ERP systems, financial analytics, and automation tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
