The Senior Cost Lead - Cost Management is responsible for implementing administering and maintaining cost control systems and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts, and to assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates and schedules for projects of medium complexity and value; Coordinate/assist with the strategic and operational management of Cost Management and Project Controls Services for various geographic locations in a variety of Property sectors, including technology, and/or pharma, and/or natural resources and/or commercial clients.
