Senior Finance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong expertise to independently own finance functions including financial planning, revenue operations, accounts receivable, compliance, and reporting. The role requires strategic financial leadership to support business growth, optimize resource allocation, and maintain robust financial health across the organization. This position is focused on individual accountability and impact within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage revenue operations, billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to maximize cash flow and manage aging effectively.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and KPIs; deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and audit protocols.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and automation for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business analysis, cost controls, and performance optimization.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities in financial operations and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and compliance.
• Support senior leaders on strategic financial projects, modeling, and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or semi-qualified finance professionals with credentials such as CA Intermediate (CA Inter), CMA, or MBA Finance from reputed institutes.
• 12–16 years of hands-on finance experience ideally in media, broadcasting, digital, or related industries such as advertising, telecommunications, FMCG, technology, or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in financial planning & analysis, accounts receivable, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial analytics, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
